Senior HR Adviser

Annual Salary: £38,697 to £40,197 Hours: Full time Contract: Permanent Location: Halesowen College, West Midlands Acting as a trusted HR point of contact, the postholder will provide expert advice and support to managers and staff across all areas of HR, including absence management, employee relations, recruitment, wellbeing, and policy implementation. The role will manage complex absence casework, support organisational improvements in recruitment and HR practices, provide workforce data and reporting, and contribute to the delivery of an effective and compliant HR service that supports the College's objectives. The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake Enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks for all successful candidates. Positions are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exception Order 1975, 2013, 2020, and 2023.
