Location: Warrington, Northwich, Knutsford, Nantwich & Crewe Job Type: Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour CIS Hours: 40 hours per week Benefits Company van provided Fuel card provided Opportunity to secure a permanent position Long-term work within the Social Housing sector About the Role We are looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker to join our team delivering works within the Social Housing sector as part of a planned works programme. The role will involve working on residential properties across Warrington, Northwich, Knutsford, Nantwich and Crewe, carrying out a variety of external groundwork improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Groundworker looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic groundwork tasks including: Flagging and paving works Installation and repair of fencing Gate installations Small drainage works General domestic groundworks on social housing properties Work will be carried out across multiple sites, maintaining high standards of workmanship, customer service, and health & safety. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must have: Previous experience working within the Social Housing sector Proven experience as a Groundworker NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (or equivalent) Full UK Driving Licence Own tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team To Apply Please call Lucy from Building Careers on 01695 556800 or 07897 069193 .
