Interim Head of Compliance - Insurance

Leading international reinsurance business is looking for a Head of Compliance to join on a 12 month FTC basis. City office, hybrid working.

Responsibilities will include:

• acting as SMF16 and SMF17
• taking ownership of the firm's compliance strategy, providing regulatory advice to the executive team and business
• maintain relationships with regulators (PRA, FCA, and Lloyd's)
• arranging and overseeing Compliance Audits and Risk Assessments
• ensuring adherence to anti-financial crime and other regulatory obligations
• maintaining and updating compliance policies and processes

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

• extensive knowledge of the Lloyd's market and wider London insurance market
• experience managing commercial and strategic matters such as onboarding xwzovoh new entities, M&A or restructuring
• knowledge of regulatory parameters and frameworks
• strong communication, stakeholder management skills
