JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an excellent Office Supervisor – this a quick start due to the fact it is a contract role - start date is in November 2026. We are looking for a customer service and internal sales professional who will act as the main driver of the customer service teams – you will be responsible for supervising it and ensuring the monitoring of targets and meeting KPIs with the customer service levels. We are looking for a commercially minded person who excels at building relationships. You must be proactive and results driven and someone who enjoys success.

The Opportunity:

Role profile, duties include but are not limited to:

* Train, motivate, appraise and manage the internal sales and customer service teams

* Ensure everyone is updated on product knowledge and pricing

* Report on credits

* Investigate credits

* Ensure KPI targets are hit for both orders and emails

* Monitor stock levels and availability

* Train and monitor staff on all levels of service to keep a high standard at all times

* Monitor sales performance and activity

* Answer calls and deal with customers

* Process all admin required

* Hold appraisals for teams

* Lot of ad hoc tasks

Essential Criteria:

* Supervisory experience

* Full UK Driving licence

* Exceptional people skills and professionalism

* Effective oral and written communication skills in English

* Strong IT skills

* Sound analytical & problem-solving skills

* Experience of in-house systems
