This role focusses on building strong relationships and delivering pragmatic, holistic advice.Reviewing tax reports prepared by junior team membersManaging WIP analysis and billing processesEnsuring files meet quality standards for QCR purposesLiaising with HMRC on client mattersSupporting partners with advisory projects such as shareholder profit extraction, succession planning, and relocation strategiesIdentifying opportunities for business development across tax and other service linesWhat you'll need to succeedA relevant professional qualification (CTA or equivalent experience)Extensive experience in personal tax servicesStrong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesCreative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutionsExperience identifying business development opportunitiesFamiliarity with CCH Central for personal tax (advantageous)What you'll get in returnWe offer a competitive salary based on experience, annual performance-based bonus, and regular salary reviews.
