VANRATH are recruiting an Architectural Technologist with a strong background in BIM (Revit) to work for an award winning Practice, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

An award-winning architectural practice based in Belfast, with a proud reputation for delivering high-quality, tailored architectural solutions. Specialising in healthcare and education projects, they offer a responsive and personal service built on excellence and creative design.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of technically complex and meaningful projects using industry-leading software and workflows. As an Architectural Technologist, you will:

• Take responsibility for producing detailed design and construction documentation using Revit in line with BIM protocols
• Manage multiple projects at various stages of development
• Ensure technical and regulatory compliance across all drawing and model outputs
• Support project delivery through close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors
• Contribute to job running and project coordination duties across the office
• Help maintain and implement office BIM standards and best practices

The Ideal Person:

• A third-level qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a construction-related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' experience within an architectural practice
• Healthcare and/or Education experience
• Strong technical design skills and a proven track record delivering BIM-based projects using Revit
• A working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to design and documentation quality
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities across multiple schemes
