Job Title: Welder / Sheet Metal Worker Job type: Temp to Perm Location: Hitchin Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7.00am-4.30pm & Friday, 7.00am-3.30pm Hourly rate: £17.00 per hour   Our ever-growing client based in Hitchin are currently looking for a Welder / Sheet Metal Worker to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. The successful candidate must have an excellent background within the Sheet Metal Industry, holding strong skills within both TIG & MIG Welding.    Main duties as a Welder / Sheet Metal Worker: - Fabricating mid steel, stainless steel, and aluminium - Using TIG & MIG Welding techniques - Working from detailed fabrication drawings - Quality inspecting all finished production before shipping - Ad-hoc Manual Handling jobs including supporting the Dispatch/Goods in team   What's needed as a Welder / Sheet Metal Worker: - Previous experience within TIG & MIG Welding - Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads - Experience with working with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel - Excellent time-keeping skills - Excellent team playing and communication skills   Perks of working on a Temp to Perm basis: - Opportunity to join a well-established team - 24/7 support (during temping period) - Tax relief on Travel scheme (during temping period) - Rewards and Discounts (during temping period) - Weekly pay (during temping period)   Please apply within
