QC Supervisor

Excellent Opportunity Available 📍Location: Sutton Coldfield ⏰Type: Full-time 🌟 QA & QC Supervisor 🧪 About the Role We're looking for an experienced and motivated QA & QC Supervisor to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role combining Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Wholesale Distribution (WQP) responsibilities. Working closely with our senior management, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our quality systems while helping to ensure the safety and compliance of our products. If you enjoy responsibility, collaboration and making a real impact on product and quality , we'd love to hear from you. ✅ What You'll Be Doing Quality Assurance & Quality Control Maintain and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System Write, review and manage SOPs Ensure GMP compliance across stock control, labelling, storage and distribution Oversee document control including Batch Production Records (BPRs) Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet quality standards Support supplier quality requirements with purchasing staff Manage CAPAs, change controls and internal quality documentation Analyse quality data and report performance trendsAudits & Compliance Plan and conduct internal and third-party audits Support the annual audit programme alongside senior management Ensure all relevant GMP areas are audited annually Handle product complaints, questions and safety concerns Complete and submit reports and maintain databases🎯 What We're Looking For Experience in QA/QC within a regulated environment Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems Experience with audits and document control Excellent organisational and communication skills Confident using Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications Proactive, detail-focused and able to work independently💼 Why Join Us?
