Service Care Soltuions have a excellent opportunity has arisen for a experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded legal practice with a strong presence across Aberdeenshire. This role offers the chance to work within a busy and supportive property team handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with direct client contact and a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will ideally be based in or around Banchory, with flexibility for remote working and access to the wider branch network including Ellon, Inverurie and Stonehaven. The Role Managing your own residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish Providing direct advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process Handling a varied caseload including sales, purchases, transfers of title and remortgages Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple branch locations Maintaining high standards of client care and service deliveryCandidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor in Scots Law Minimum 3 years’ PQE within residential conveyancing Ability to manage a busy caseload independently Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systemsAdditional Information Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ Years PQE) Aberdeenshire | Banchory, Ellon, Inverurie & Stonehaven 35-hour working week Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Hybrid/remote working flexibility available Salary commensurate with experience / market rate (DOE) For a confidential discussion or to apply, please submit your CV, Please contact our recruitment consultant, Beth Simpson, at (url removed) or call (phone number removed)
