Job Title Project Architect Location Nine Elms, London Salary £45,000 - £50,000 Employment Type Full-time, Permanent Job Overview Project Architect role based in Nine Elms, London, working across hospitality, residential and commercial schemes. This position focuses on RIBA Stages 4 and 5, supporting technical delivery, construction packages and compliance across a varied portfolio. Suitable for a qualified Architect with strong AutoCAD skills and UK project experience, including involvement in remediation and regulatory submissions within a design-led studio environment. Role & Responsibilities Lead RIBA Stages 4 and 5 project delivery Produce technical drawings using AutoCAD Coordinate with consultants and contractors Manage detailing across multiple project types Support remediation and compliance submissions Assist with planning stage input Respond to contractor queries on site Ensure regulatory compliance throughout deliverySkills & Experience Required Qualified Architect with UK project experience Strong AutoCAD skills, Revit knowledge beneficial Experience in RIBA Stages 4 and 5 Knowledge of UK building regulations Experience in residential or commercial sectors Ability to manage multiple projects Understanding of remediation or compliance processes Strong communication and coordination skillsSalary & Benefits £45,000 - £50,000 salary Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) 25 days annual leave plus Christmas closure Flexible working pattern and team social events About Hunter Dunning Hunter Dunning is a specialist property and built environment recruitment consultancy established in 2004, focused on quality and long-term partnerships in the UK and Ireland property and construction market.
