Interaction Engineering  CNC Miller (3–5 Axis) – Aerospace / Composites Chatteris | Up to £18ph + Overtime  -DOE We’re working with a well-established aerospace engineering business specialising in high-quality composite and metallic components. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their machining team. The Role: Set and operate CNC milling machines (3–5 axis) Work to tight tolerances from engineering drawings Tool setting, offsets, and basic program prove-outs Support manual machining (mills & lathes) Complete inspection and maintain accurate job records What You’ll Need: Solid CNC milling experience (setting & operating) Experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls Ability to read technical drawings Strong quality focus (any regulated industry is a bonus) Manual machining experience advantageous What’s On Offer: Up to £18 per hour (DOE) Overtime paid at 1.5x Days (with potential late shift option) Long-term, stable opportunity in a growing sector If you’re a skilled CNC Miller looking to step into a high-spec aerospace environment, get in touch today via INDTE
