Quality Manager – Precast Concrete Project Location: Market Harborough Competitive Salary / Day Rate + Package Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a major precast concrete construction project based in Market Harborough. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor delivering a large-scale structural package on a high-profile scheme. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all quality assurance and quality control processes across the project, ensuring works are delivered in line with client specifications, industry standards, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities * Implement and manage the project Quality Management System (QMS) * Conduct inspections and audits of precast installation works * Review ITPs, QA documentation, and handover records * Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures * Liaise with site management, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives * Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and close-out procedures * Monitor workmanship standards and drive continuous improvement * Support project teams with quality-related training and guidance Requirements * Proven experience as a Quality Manager within construction * Strong background in precast concrete, RC frame, or structural works * Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and documentation * Experience managing inspections, audits, and compliance processes * Excellent communication and organisational skills * CSCS card essential * ISO 9001 knowledge preferred What’s on Offer * Long-term opportunity on a flagship project * Competitive salary/day rate * Supportive and professional team environment * Immediate interview/start available To apply, please submit your CV or contact us directly for a confidential discussion
