Structural Welder – Bromsgrove Day Shifts | £14.50 - £15.00 per hour Temporary to Permanent  We are currently recruiting for an experienced Structural Welder to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Bromsgrove. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled welder with experience welding structural steel up to 50mm thickness, looking for stable day shift work with competitive pay and long-term opportunities. Duties Include: MIG welding structural steel components up to 50mm thickness Multi-pass welding on heavy gauge materials Working from engineering drawings Fabricating and assembling steel sections Ensuring all welds meet required quality standards Using workshop tools and equipment safely Maintaining a clean and organised work area The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in structural steel welding preferred Strong MIG welding experience on heavy gauge steel Experience welding material up to 50mm thickness Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Coded welding qualifications would be an advantage Good attention to detail Reliable and hardworking attitude Hours of Work: Day shifts (Monday to Friday) Pay Rate: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience Location: Bromsgrove If you are an experienced Structural Welder looking for your next opportunity, apply today.
