Infrastructure Engineer

Driverless cars. That's cool. Power the future of tomorrow's transport, today.
Join a scaling up organisation as they grow out on the back of their merger with one of Europe's leading technology companies. They are pursuing a safe, sustainable but exciting future, with technology at the centre of everything that they do. This company itself works on an artificial intelligence powered software that powers autonomous vehicles. You would have the opportunity to join their infrastructure team, developing the tools needed for other teams to be successful, whilst constantly promoting DevOps as a culture.
You would be using the knowledge that you have gained to provide technical leadership to the team, setting the technical bar and ensuring standards are met. Challenges in this role would include ensuring that the platform remains secure, scalable and architecting future additions and developments. You will collaborate with the team and engineering management to plan and prioritise ongoing improvements and upgrades. Day to day, you would be deploying software onto Kubernetes with Terraform in an AWS environment.
In addition, the cutting edge technology stack and the opportunity to work on the future of transportation, you would be rewarded with a competitive salary, private medical care and a generous financial package. They are currently offering flexible hybrid working, looking to get the teams together fortnightly. You would have the ability to make a real impact within a low ego, multi-cultural environment, whilst developing your skills. The company is truly tech centric and is looking to lead the way into tomorrow.
