They're looking for a proven Registered Manager who can do more than ensure compliance. Someone who can build culture, develop exceptional teams, achieve outstanding outcomes and become a key part of the organisation's future growth plans.

What We're Looking For

* Experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care

* Strong understanding of Ofsted and Children's Home Regulations

* Experience supporting young people with EBD needs

* Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards it

* Proven ability to build, develop and retain strong teams

* A leader who combines high standards with genuine care and compassion
