With easy access to London’s landmarks, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers a perfect launchpad for guests who love curated experiences.Duties and responsibilities related to the Food & Beverage Coordinator ​role  Provide administrative support to the F&B & Culinary department including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation. Support the Executive Chef in menu planning and coordination, including maintaining up-to-date menu items, pricing, and recipe documentation. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and verifying deliveries for both food and beverage supplies and kitchen equipment.  Provide technical support for culinary and F&B departments systems and software, such as kitchen management systems and recipe databases Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, filing documents, drafting correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. About you  Previous experience of food & beverage operations is advantageous, as is knowledgeof Fourth Hospitality and Procurement systems.
