The Opportunity

This Banking and Finance Senior Associate position provides a broad practice spanning asset based lending, leveraged finance, corporate finance, asset finance and real estate finance. The successful candidate will support leading investment and commercial banks, credit funds, financial sponsors, public and private companies across high value domestic and international transactions.

Practice Focus

The team advises lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions, including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements and security documents, alongside cross border mandates with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. The varied scope offers opportunities to develop specialist sector knowledge, contribute to business development and undertake client or interoffice secondments.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be solicitors qualified in England and Wales, or in a Commonwealth jurisdiction with at least two years of experience in the English market, with approximately four to seven years' PQE and strong finance experience, including asset based lending.
