We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Transactional Attorney to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves providing legal support for contract drafting, review, and negotiation across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while facilitating business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Advise on legal risks and compliance issues in transactional matters.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

• Ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Provide clear and concise legal guidance to stakeholders on transactional matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with relevant jurisdiction(s).

• Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.

• Knowledge of corporate and transactional law principles.

• Ability to assess legal risks and propose practical solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning skills.
