Managing Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Managing Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge & the opportunity to join a tier 1 build contractor? The North West regional turnover is c.£280m and is part of a larger UK Group . They specialise across high rise residential , student accommodation, commercial, industrial, leisure and stadia, retail and education projects. Sites range from £20m - £100m + in value. Project based, you will report into a Regional Commercial Manager and be responsible for overseeing a leading RC frame student accommodation in excess of £100m. With secured pipeline projects, the company is multi disciplinary and can offer excellent career progression opportunities to develop within a leading construction business working on some of the North West's most prestigious developments. Experience / Qualifications Required: Proven track record as a Managing Quantity Surveying within the build sector on similar value projects Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent Background within a main contractor or developer environment Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively Salary & Package on offer: Market leading Base Salary up to 95k (dependent on level of experience) Car allowance / Fuel Card Excellent employer pension contribution Private healthcare 25 days holiday + bank holidays Good additional company benefits & perks
