Regulatory Compliance Manager - Food

One Ten Associates are partnering with a private credit fund which is looking to hire a Compliance Manager to join their London office. This is a newly formed role and you'll be working closely with the COO, CFO Legal and wider business in the day-to-day management of the compliance function. This will be a broad, generalised compliance role and you'll be responsible for: Leading the ongoing development, operation and improvement of the funds compliance framework, including the compliance monitoring programme, surveillance and escalation processes Provide daily regulatory advice and guidance to the investment team and senior stakeholders across the business Act as the key compliance resource supporting further growth initiatives within the firm, including new strategies Ensure the required regulatory filings and reporting obligations are adhered to, covering the UK, US and Europe Monitor the regulatory horizon and advise the business on upcoming regulatory changes which may affect the fund The ideal candidate will have approximately 7-10+ years of compliance experience within a private credit fund. They will be able to demonstrate both the ability and the willingness to lead day-to-day compliance activities while supporting the broader business in achieving its objectives.
