A long-established, well-respected roofing and refurbishment contractor in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit an Estimator to join its growing refurbishment division. Known for delivering high-quality pitched and flat roofing schemes and now expanding into solar installations, the business offers stability, strong technical capability and long-term progression.

Assistant and experienced Estimators are invited to apply.

Role Overview

You will prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for refurbishment roofing projects, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams. Reporting to the Refurbishment Operations Manager, you will support tender negotiations, ensure clarity of scope and produce high-quality submissions that meet commercial and client expectations.

Estimating & Tendering

Produce accurate cost estimates for pitched and flat roofing projects
Review tender documents and define project scope
Attend site visits to gather technical information
