Are you an experienced HR leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and inspire our HR team, driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional support across the organisation.
About the Role:Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you'll manage a team of four HR professionals, including an HR Manager, HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, and Administrator. Leading and developing the HR team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Shaping and executing HR strategy in collaboration with the Head of HR
Overseeing all generalist HR functions including Payroll, L&D, Pensions, and Recruitment
Ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across HR operations
We're seeking a confident, proactive leader with a strong generalist HR background and a passion for people.
Proven experience in managing and developing HR teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Flexible working options available.
Able to lead a HR function & HR strategy.
