Job Title: Head of Food & Beverage – Branded Hotel - Herefordshire

Salary: £50,000 + bonus

Location: Herefordshire

I am on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Manager for a branded hotel in Herefordshire. My client is looking for a born leader who can manage and support the teams in the restaurant, bar, and kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their hotel career.

About the position

• Responsible for managing all F&B outlets to the highest standards
• Report to the General Manager
• Manage the kitchen and BOH
• Oversee daily auditing of F&B standards
• Drive staff training to the highest level
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met

The successful candidate

• Will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a F&B Manager
• A strong understanding of operations
• A high level of customer service
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
• High volume experience in hotels would be a benefit
