We are currently looking to recruit a Registered Manager who will be at the heart of ourmissionleadinga skilled team, ensuring regulatory excellence, and championing thewellbeingof every child in our care. Youll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes and maintain our high standards.

What Were Looking For

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve)
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in childrens residential care
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion

Location:Darlaston

Salary: £47,500 - £55,000 perannum
