Chef de partie - Live in - Buckinghamshire. This is a 4 star Hotel with a Restaurant and functions, 45hr week, live in, £30-32k + paid overtime. This is a fresh food Hotel, with a good level of food. This Hotel is in a good location but own transport is helpful due to the location.

The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly in your section from prep your fridge for service and cook in service. This chef de partie role within the Hotel includes all the standard chef de partie duties and will cover both Restaurant and functions.

Expeirence
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background and ideally some hotel expeirence. you will have good food hygiene skills and good knife skills, you will be a chef de partie or a demi chef de partie ready to step upto a chef de partie.
