With a strong institutional client portfolio and a growing reputation for technical excellence, the business operates across the commercial and residential sectors with a particular specialism in façade and external wall advisory. A varied and technically engaging position, split approximately 70/30 between cladding and building safety work and broader traditional building surveying instructions: Building safety and cladding remediation projects across London Building Surveys & Condition Reports Specification Writing & Contract Administration Project Delivery & Refurbishment You will work with a diverse institutional client base across commercial and residential sectors, on projects ranging in scale and complexity.
