We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Civil Engineer in Singapore. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Engineering sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate site activities and support project execution.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.
- Support BIM-related modeling, documentation, and coordination.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD – Creation and modification of engineering drawings.
- BIM Knowledge – Understanding of Building Information Modelling workflows.
- Site Coordination – Managing communication between stakeholders.
- Project Planning – Supporting scheduling and execution activities.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintaining project records and reports.
Preferred Skills
- Revit or other BIM software exposure.
- Construction project coordination experience.
- Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, drafting, site coordination, or project execution. Experience working on construction or infrastructure projects is preferred. Exposure to BIM environments will be an added advantage.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Additional: BIM-related certifications (if available)
Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
