We are currently recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants to work across specialist provisions in the Skelmersdale and Ormskirk areas. You will be supporting both primary and secondary-aged students with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage in education, develop independence and reach their full potential.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.
• Support both primary and secondary-aged students within specialist provisions.
• Assist pupils with learning, communication, social and emotional development.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students.
• Support teachers with classroom activities and individual learning plans.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive engagement.
