The Role * Plan and deliver engaging History lessons to secondary school students. * Teach a range of historical topics in line with the school curriculum. * Encourage students to develop their historical knowledge, analytical skills and critical thinking. * Adapt teaching methods to support students of different abilities. * Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. * Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. * Build positive relationships with students and colleagues. * Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
