About the role

Founded over 15 years ago, our client has continued to grow from strength to strength and now supply their products to customers worldwide! Their reputation is built on their quality of both product and service, and they are looking for likeminded people to join them on their journey of success. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their hardworking and motivated team based near Slimbridge, Gloucestershire. You will provide reliable administration across sales, delivery, service, repairs and training departments providing regular updates and communication to customers whilst liaising between internal teams to obtain relevant information. Responsibilities: -Manage sales administration including customer enquiries, quotations, orders and confirming preferred delivery methods Arrange deliveries and installations, coordinating engineers, delivery routes and availability -Handle service and repair enquiries -Process and record warranty claims -Schedule engineers, monitor completed work, record notes and follow-up requirements, supporting job closure and invoicing -Follow up annual services and warranty deadlines by reviewing records, contacting customers and recording all actions in internal systems -Coordinate group training bookings, sending confirmations and managing the diary training diary -Compile quarterly reports for relevant trade associations -Complete general administrative duties including emailing, filing, photocopying, scanning and document preparation to support the wider team Candidate Attributes: -Experience in a customer facing or office-based position with the ability to provide exceptional customer service -Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise -Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office -A proactive approach and willingness to learn Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary: Up to £30k per annum, depending on experience + free parking and inclusion in company social events
