Job Type: Data Co-Ordinator Job Type: Temporary Location: South Shields, Tyne and Wear Positions Available: 1 Hours: 37 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday (rota basis) Start Date: Monday, 22 June 2026 -End Date: Wednesday, 31 March 2027 Start Time: 08:00 -End Time: 16:30 Pay Rate: £14.86 per hour   Overall Objective of the Post Provide an effective and efficient administrative service and operational support to the Asset Management Team Co-ordinate and maintain accurate asset data and records to support effective housing asset management Ensure high levels of data accuracy to underpin all Asset Management processes and decision-making Key Responsibilities Contribute to service delivery by informing delivery partners of any asset or asbestos-related issues before and during works Co-ordinate, update, and maintain accurate information across relevant systems to support current and future asset management planning Support the management and integrity of IT systems used for asset management and service delivery Record and input results from stock condition, asset, and refurbishment surveys as required Record and update survey data relating to known asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) Provide initial telephone advice and support to stakeholders when required Work to agreed performance targets and contribute to their ongoing development Support effective teamwork across the Directorate by maintaining clear communication and coordination How to Apply: To apply, reply to this advert with your CV or contact Nomvula on (phone number removed) or (url removed)
