This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Property Solicitor to move into a specialist technical role where you'll support and develop a busy conveyancing team rather than spending your day progressing your own high-volume files.

The Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical aspects of conveyancing and wants to use their knowledge to improve standards, mentor colleagues and ensure files are completed correctly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and quality checking residential conveyancing files
- Providing technical guidance and support to fee earners and support staff
- Assisting with complex title issues and technical queries
- Identifying training needs and supporting the development of junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with CLC requirements, internal procedures and quality standards
- Reviewing searches, enquiries, mortgage instructions and title documentation
- Supporting managers with complaint investigations and file audits
- Maintaining a small personal caseload of more complex matters where required
About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced conveyancing professionals who:
- Have a strong background in residential conveyancing
- Enjoy the technical and compliance side of property law
- Are confident reviewing files and identifying risks
- Can mentor, support and develop junior colleagues
- Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Are looking for a role with less front-line client pressure and greater focus on quality and technical excellence
Previous experience as a Technical Advisor, Team Leader, Senior Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Property Solicitor or Quality Auditor would be highly advantageous.
What's On Offer?
- Salary of £40,000 – £50,000
- Opportunity to move away from a large personal caseload
- Highly respected and established law firm
- Supportive and collaborative working environment
- Opportunity to influence standards and shape the development of the wider team
- Genuine work-life balance compared with traditional fee-earning roles
- Ongoing professional development and training
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues and ensuring technical excellence, without the pressure of managing a large volume of transactions personally. xwzovoh
