Technical Consultant

Your new role: * Designing and implementing technical solutions to fulfil customer needs, collaborating with senior customer stakeholders to understand their requirements * Providing technical support to customers, including on customer premises where required * Creating and contributing to RFP/ITT/RFI/SoW/HLD/LLD documents and completing them to a high level of technical detail * Provide pre-sales support to the business for customer engagements * Any other fair and relevant task or duty assigned to you by your manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member What you’ll need to succeed: * Experience and/or qualifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server. * Experience and/or qualifications with Networking products, Juniper would be most relevant but Cisco or HPE would also be adequate * Consultancy experience, providing advice, proposals and designs to customers but also willing to be involved with support What we offer: * Involved in varied projects that make a positive impact on critical services on a local and national level * Vibrant company culture with a wide range of events and social activities throughout the year * Range of employee initiatives on offer including the green team, DE&I society, employee forum, women’s network and culture club * Dedicated Learning and Development team and access to a range of training, courses and certification support * Comprehensive benefits including birthday leave, charity leave, vitality health cover and holiday purchase scheme to gain an extra 5 days leave
