Job ID: 6542Salary: 90,000 plus packageLocation: SE LondonRegion: South EastHigh profile building Contractor urgently require a Commercial Manager to work and help lead their busy Commercial Department.The company themselves have been established over 15 years and have an excellent reputation in the industry, they predominantly build Residential Apartment blocks in central London for a number of clients that include RP’s, HA’s and Developers. Projects will be a mixture of JV’s and competitively won work. Apartment schemes will be from 10 – 22 storey and will generally be RC frame.The ideal candidate will be familiar with running a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial support or be ready to take this step. You will be working for or will have worked for a building contractor as opposed to pure client side work ensuring you have a thorough understanding of how competitive and cost driven working on tight contractor margins and familiar with ensuring competitive pricing can be done.In return you can expect an excellent working environment, a good team atmosphere, energetic colleagues, an excellent financial package and add-ons including a bonus.
