The role will initially begin on a day-to-day supply basis, giving both the school and successful candidate the opportunity to work together and ensure a good fit. For the right candidate, this is expected to progress into a longer-term position. The Role: Year 5 class teacher Initially day-to-day supply, with the opportunity to progress into a long-term role Full-time, Monday-Friday £160-£190 per day, dependent on experience Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff Assess and monitor pupil progress Support pupils across a range of abilities and needsThe Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 5 Strong classroom management skills Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Adaptable and confident when joining a new school Passionate about supporting pupil progress Available for day-to-day supply with the potential to commit to a long-term roleWhy work with Tradewind Recruitment?
