The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI, data analysis, and process automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities System Maintenance & Support Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

System Implementation Plan, configure, and deploy new IT systems and applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption.

Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Process Optimization Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.

Implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency across departments.

Security & Compliance Ensure systems adhere to security protocols and compliance standards.

Regularly update and patch systems to mitigate risks.

Qualifications Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in IT systems administration and implementation.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI.

Knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization.
