Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager Manage projects and programmes through the full project lifecycle Provide strategic advice to clients on cost, programme, risk, and project delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Prepare and present monthly project reports, programmes, and risk updates Drive effective communication across project teams Develop and implement project delivery strategies to achieve key objectives Proactively identify challenges and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments Continuously seek opportunities to improve performance and project outcomes Requirements Degree qualified in Project Management or a construction-related discipline Working towards or already holding a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or equivalent Proven experience managing a variety of construction projects across the full lifecycle Strong understanding of project management best practice and delivery methodologies Previous consultancy, commercial, or developer-side experience would be advantageous Knowledge of both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected consultancy at an exciting stage of growth, with clear progression opportunities and exposure to some of London's most interesting developments.
