This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping procurement strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering commercial value across the organisation. As the Procurement Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, leading end-to-end procurement activity and embedding best practice across sourcing, tendering, and supplier management. This is a highly visible role where you will combine commercial expertise, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory awareness to drive better procurement outcomes. Key responsibilities will includeLead and deliver end-to-end procurement and tendering activity across a range of categories with a strong emphasis on digital, technology and professional services. Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans Provide expert advice on commercial strategy, contract development, and risk management Drive value through effective negotiation and supplier engagement Embed robust supplier relationship management (SRM) practices for key suppliers Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and internal governance frameworks Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Legal, Finance, Risk, and IT About You We are looking for a commercially minded procurement professional with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels. You will haveProven experience delivering end-to-end procurement projects ideally with some focus on ITStrong understanding of procurement governance and regulated environments Experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, and contract negotiation Ability to build credibility as a business partner and trusted advisor Experience managing supplier relationships and driving performance Exposure to a range of service-based categories (IT procurement experience desirable) This is a brilliant opportunity with an organisation that offers competitive hybrid working (40% office / 60% remote), an attractive salary and a generous benefits package. # - Rody Merheb
