Were looking for experienced window installation teams to support a growing programme across Mid and North Wales, rolling into South Wales as work scales.

This is labour-only install work with a steady pipeline not and one-off jobs.

The Opportunity
£110 per window / £130 per door (labour only)
Typical teams earn £800£1,200+ per week depending on output and workflow
Weekly pay (no paid-when-paid delays)
100300+ units available across the programme
Initial start in 12 weeks
Phase 1: ~5 weeks
Phase 2: ~15 weeks+ ongoing

The focus is to build a small number of reliable teams and keep them consistently busy as volumes increase.

The Work
Window and external door installations
Mixture of property types (details being finalised)
Work allocated in line with coverage and availability
Ongoing pipeline - not stop/start

What Were Looking For
Established window installation teams (2 & 3 man teams preferred)
Experience in domestic, social housing, or volume installs xwzovoh
Clean installs and good standards (no call-backs)
Able to work in Mid/North Wales (initially)
