Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor (AutoCAD Required) We’re currently working with a client seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to support a range of inspection, maintenance, and project delivery work across their property portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and AutoCAD experience looking to play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out property inspections, condition surveys, and defect diagnosis * Prepare specifications, schedules of works, and technical reports * Produce and amend drawings using AutoCAD * Oversee repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works * Manage contractors and ensure works are delivered to quality, time, and budget * Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and health & safety standards Key Requirements: * Proven experience in building surveying or a similar role * Strong AutoCAD skills (essential) * Good understanding of building pathology and maintenance * Experience managing projects and contractors * Excellent communication and organisational skills
