Senior HR Business Partner- Hampshire- Permanent- £70,000- £80,000 Are you an experienced HR leader ready to help shape the people strategy of a complex, operational business? We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work directly with the VP General Manager and leadership team, driving talent, engagement and organisational performance within . This is a high-impact, autonomous role in a unionised environment where strong judgement, commercial awareness and confident stakeholder influence are essential.
