Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor | Design & Build External Refurbs | Kent | Permanent   I’m working with a growing contractor who’s secured over £10m of new work and is looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across multiple live schemes.   This is a design & build environment, heavily focused on cladding, external envelope and refurbishment works - not a standard build role.   The Role Commercial management of cladding / façade / external refurbishment projects up to £5m Operating within a design & build structure Managing procurement consultants alongside the usual commercial responsibilities Full lifecycle involvement — from procurement through to final account Working closely with delivery teams and senior leadership  What they’re looking for Quantity Surveyor with 8+ years’ experience (flexible for strong SQS level) Strong background in: Cladding / façade / external envelope Refurbishment / remediation Design & Build projects Comfortable managing consultants as well as subcontractors Strong commercial awareness and ability to run packages independently  The Business Established contractor turning over £60m Strong pipeline secured — £10m+ recently awarded Delivering projects across external refurbishment, cladding and remediation Office-based from (Kent) with project involvement across London & the South East  Interested?
