Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Civil Supervisor to support water infrastructure projects on a contract basis. The role will involve overseeing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining high standards of safety, health, environmental and quality compliance throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervising and managing day-to-day civil construction activities on site Managing subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards Monitoring compliance with site safety, health, environmental and quality requirements Ensuring adherence to established procedures and project guidance Placing orders and raising requisitions as required Maintaining accurate site diaries, records and project documentation Supporting effective communication between site teams, subcontractors and project management Job Requirements: Experience in civil construction supervision, ideally within the water or utilities sector Current SMSTS certification Valid CSCS Gold Card or Black Card Strong understanding of site management and subcontractor coordination Knowledge of SHEQ requirements and construction compliance procedures Ability to manage orders, requisitions and site documentation accurately Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment Contract Details: This is a contract opportunity for a Civil Supervisor supporting essential water infrastructure works.
