About the role
Thrive Personnel Ltd are looking to recruit a dedicated Machine Operative for our clients extrusion team. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality plastic films.
Our client We provides comprehensive training, skill development, and consistent shifts.
Responsibilities: Set up and operate machinery, monitor performance, conduct maintenance, handle materials, maintain production standards, troubleshoot issues, and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications: Experience in polymers or manufacturing preferred, knowledge of blown film extrusion desirable, basic math skills, familiarity with warehouse operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of H&S standards.
