Senior Building Services Engineer 📍 Bristol | Hybrid Working (3 days office-based required) 💰 Up to £55,000 DOE + package Zest4Talent is proud to be working in partnership with a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering consultancy looking to expand its growing Bristol team with the addition of a Senior Building Services Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical). The business is looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals who are passionate about the built environment sector and enjoy taking ownership of projects without excessive layers of red tape. 🔹 The Role You will be involved in: ✔ Detailed building services design ✔ Project delivery from concept through to completion ✔ Technical calculations, schematics and specifications ✔ Client, contractor and design team coordination ✔ Supporting and mentoring junior engineers ✔ Sustainable and low-carbon design strategies ✔ Working across a varied project portfolio 🔹 What They Are Looking For ✔ Strong Building Services Engineering experience (Mechanical or Electrical) ✔ Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership ✔ Team players with a proactive and positive attitude ✔ Strong communication and project delivery skills ✔ Individuals comfortable working independently and taking initiative ✔ Passion for technical excellence and delivering quality work ✔ Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence Experience within sectors such as commercial, education, residential, leisure, secure environments or critical systems would be highly advantageous. Software experience across packages such as Revit, AutoCAD, IES VE, Amtech, Dialux or Relux would also be beneficial. 📌 Please note: candidates must be able to travel into the Bristol office approximately 3 days per week.
