Senior Product Manager - Industrial IoT, AI & Analytics - Cambridge (Hybrid) - up to £90k DOE

We're partnering with an innovative technology business at the forefront of Industrial IoT, AI-powered analytics, and connected hardware solutions.
As the company continues to scale globally, they're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of a portfolio of intelligent monitoring and analytics products.
This is a rare opportunity to shape products that help some of the world's largest industrial organisations improve safety, reduce operational risk, and make smarter data-driven decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
🔹 Own the product strategy and roadmap across a portfolio of software, analytics, and connected hardware solutions
🔹 Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges, validate opportunities, and uncover new areas for innovation
🔹 Translate market and customer insight into clear product requirements and priorities
🔹 Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial teams
🔹 Drive product delivery from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation
🔹 Define and track product success metrics, using data to continuously improve adoption, engagement, and customer outcomes
🔹 Support go-to-market activities including positioning, pricing, product training, and customer enablement
🔹 Build business cases for new products, features, partnerships, and market opportunities
🔹 Manage product lifecycle activities including new product introductions and future roadmap planning
What We're Looking For
✔️ 5+ years' experience in Product Management
✔️ Proven track record delivering successful B2B technology products
✔️ Experience working across software and hardware product environments
✔️ Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
✔️ Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
✔️ Comfortable balancing technical complexity with commercial priorities
✔️ Experience with AI, analytics, Industrial IoT, SaaS, or connected devices would be highly advantageous
✔️ Background within industrial technology, engineering, energy, manufacturing, utilities, or asset-intensive sectors is desirable
