About the role
VanRath Search & Selection is recruiting a Production Manager for Portadown, Northern Ireland. The role focuses on leading daily production in a food manufacturing setting, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across chilled, frozen, or ambient lines.
You will drive Lean improvements, manage a skilled production team, and ensure adherence to HACCP, BRCGS and relevant legal standards while collaborating with Planning, Maintenance and Quality teams.
