You will:

• Support the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Lead by example, maintaining high standards of guest service and operational excellence.

• Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members throughout each shift.

• Assist with organising workloads, delegating tasks and coordinating daily activities.

• Help resolve guest queries and operational challenges effectively and professionally.

• Contribute to the success of the wider team by driving performance, engagement and service standards.
