£30,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits Benefits:

Responsibilities

The Quality Engineer will work in a varied role, but its core focus is to assist the Compliance Manager in ensuring quality and compliance systems operate effectively across the sites.

Assist in maintaining compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP quality standards. Review and approve relevant sections of Control of Change documentation. Deliver compliance training and quality inductions when required. Attend SQDCP meetings and raise or escalate quality-related issues. Support departments in addressing non-conformances and implementing corrective actions. Assist with external audits. Conduct competency audits and monitor ongoing compliance. Investigate test failures and problem-solving techniques. Initiate specification reviews and maintain controlled specification records.

Requirements

Previous experience within a Quality Role/Department, this could include Quality Inspector, Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, Compliance Engineer etc. Knowledge of Quality Standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100 & NADCAP etc Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
