Private Client Solicitor - Hampshire

A well-established legal firm in Hampshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing and highly regarded private client team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning matters
• Managing probate and estate administration cases from instruction through to completion
• Advising on inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation strategies
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with sensitive private client matters
• Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
• Contributing to business development and supporting the continued growth of the department

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client matters
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• STEP qualification or working towards STEP is advantageous
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a reputable firm
